Sometimes I think about how we started and how naturally you became such an important part of my life. One year ago, our lives changed forever. We became your parents, and with you came a kind of love we could never have fully understood until we met you.
Oluwaloni, you have brought so much joy, laughter and love into our home. Watching you grow, discover the world, learn new things and become your own little person has been one of the greatest privileges of our lives.
This first year has taught us so much about love, patience, gratitude and the beautiful responsibility of raising a child. We may not have all the answers, but one thing we promise is that we will always love you, pray for you, guide you and give you our very best.
