Search “fibroids” on your phone and see how much information comes up.
One person says this.
Another says the opposite.
A video says something else again.
By the end, you may know more words about fibroids, but still feel unsure about where to start and what to pay attention to.
And sometimes, the problem isn't a lack of information.
It's knowing how to organise what you're learning.
That's one reason we created our guide, “Shrinking Fibroid Naturally.”
It is designed to give you information in a more organised form — something you can sit down with, read through and learn from rather than jumping from one random piece of information to another.
It is not a replacement for your doctor or any medical care you're receiving.
Because at De’Bu, we believe wellness should be a journey.
We don't just give you something to use.
We journey with you. 🌿
If you'd like to know more about the Shrinking Fibroid Naturally guide, send me a message on WhatsApp.

She sat in the car park for 34 minutes.
Couldn't start the engine.
The doctor had just said: "We should schedule a consultation about surgery."
She nodded. Said thank you. Took the printed report.
Then sat there — holding the number — with a question she couldn't say out loud.
Not about the surgery. About the baby she hadn't had yet.
Funmilayo was 35 when her scan showed a 5.8cm fibroid.
Two doctors said the same thing. Surgery.
30 days later, her fibroid was 4.4cm.
She did not have the surgery.
She is now 10 weeks pregnant.
What changed was not a new herb or a new capsule.
It was a complete, structured 1-month protocol that worked on the actual cause of fibroid growth. The hormonal environment in her body that was maintaining it. Oestrogen levels. Inflammation. Nutritional foundation. Cycle support. All addressed together. Week by week. Built for the Nigerian woman, using Nigerian foods.
This is not a random approach. It is a system. And it delivers a different number at the next scan.
The complete 1-Month Natural Fibroid Management System is ₦7,900.
Sent to your WhatsApp in under 2 minutes.
Full refund if it does not change how you feel about your situation within 30 days. You keep everything either way.
What is stopping you from going to your next scan with a different number?

I asked her, “Any improvement?”
Not because I wanted to rush her or make assumptions about how she was doing.
I simply wanted to check in and hear from her.
I'm sharing her reply here exactly as she sent it.
That is how we work at De’Bu.
We don't just give you something to use and disappear.
We ask.
We listen.
We follow up.
We journey with you. 🌿
When last did someone check on you simply because they wanted to know how you were doing?

“You must have done something wrong.” 🤍
That's one of the myths many women have heard about fibroids.
From family.
From neighbours.
Sometimes, even from our own thoughts.
But here is the truth:
The exact cause of fibroids is still not fully known.
Researchers believe several factors may be involved, including genetics and hormones. But having fibroids is not proof that you caused them by something you ate, did, or failed to do.
And that matters because understanding your body is more useful than blaming yourself.
One thing I value about our African roots is the tradition of caring for one another through life's difficult moments.
When a woman wasn't feeling well, care could mean sitting with her, listening, asking questions and making sure she wasn't facing everything alone.
That spirit of care is part of what inspires De’Bu.
Not blame.
Not shame.
Not simply giving someone something and walking away.
But paying attention, learning, supporting and walking alongside people.
So if you're living with fibroids, don't make self-blame part of the burden.
Pay attention to changes in your body and your cycle, keep your health appointments, and speak with a qualified healthcare professional when you have concerns.
Your health deserves understanding, not blame. 🌿
At De’Bu, we don't just give you something to use.
We journey with you.

Nobody saw that little pause before you got up.
Nobody saw you sit there for a moment, gathering yourself before starting the day.
They saw you get ready.
They saw you go to work.
They saw you answer messages, attend meetings, smile and carry on.
But they may not have seen that you weren't feeling your best.
Sometimes, getting through an ordinary day takes more effort than people realise.
And because you still managed to do what needed to be done, everyone assumes you're fine.
But getting through the day doesn't mean you should always have to push through and ignore yourself.
Your wellbeing deserves attention too.
Pay attention to how you're feeling.
Notice patterns.
Make room for healthier routines.
And when you need support, don't be afraid to seek it.
At De’Bu, we believe wellness has to fit into real life.
Because we don't just give you something to use.
We journey with you. 🌿
Have you ever had a day when you looked completely fine to everyone else, but you knew you were actually struggling?
Tell me honestly.

Sometimes we get so used to a difficult period that we stop questioning it.
“That's just how my period is.”
“Every woman goes through this.”
“I'll manage it again next month.”
But your period can give you useful information about what is happening in your body.
Here are 5 things worth paying attention to:
1. Your period pain regularly stops you from your normal activities.
2. Your bleeding is unusually heavy.
3. Your period suddenly becomes very different from what is normal for you.
4. You repeatedly experience symptoms outside your period, such as pelvic pain, bleeding between periods or pain during s*x.
5. Every month feels like something you simply have to survive.
These things don't automatically mean that something is seriously wrong.
But they are reasons to pay attention rather than simply dismiss what your body is showing you.
Learn your normal.
Notice changes.
Pay attention to patterns.
And when something is severe, unusual or concerning, seek appropriate professional care.
At De’Bu, we believe wellness begins with understanding your body — not ignoring it. 🌿
Which of these have you experienced before?

We’re halfway through the challenge, and one thing this has reminded me of is something I also tell people about their wellness:
You don't have to be perfect to keep going.
There were days when I had everything planned.
There were also days when life happened, things didn't go exactly as planned, and I still had to show up.
That is real life.
And honestly, that is also what wellness looks like.
We can start a new routine feeling very motivated.
We can decide that from Monday, everything will change.
But staying with something after the excitement has gone?
That’s where consistency really begins.
This challenge has reminded me that showing up doesn't mean every day will look perfect.
It means you keep learning.
You keep adjusting.
You keep going.
And that is one of the things I want people to understand about the De’Bu Restoration Journey.
We are not asking you to become a completely different person overnight.
We start with where you are.
We look at what needs attention.
We choose practical steps.
And as you learn and grow, we keep building from there.
Because a healthier life isn't created in one perfect week.
It is built through the choices we continue making after the excitement of starting has passed.
So today, as I reach the halfway point of this challenge, I'm reminding myself of the same thing:
Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep going. 🌿
And if you're working on something in your own life right now, don't give up simply because it hasn't gone perfectly.
You may just need to keep going — one step at a time.
What is one thing you've started recently that you're trying to stay consistent with?
Tell me in the comments. 👇🏾

Someone once told me they were going to start eating clean, exercising daily, sleeping 8 hours, cutting out sugar, drinking more water and reducing stress — all starting Monday.
By Wednesday, everything had collapsed.
And honestly, this happens to many of us.
We try to change everything at once. Then the plan becomes too much to keep up with, and before long, we stop doing anything.
Sometimes, the better approach is to start with what matters most and build from there.
If you're working on your blood pressure, for example, you may begin by paying closer attention to your blood pressure readings and reducing excess salt.
If sleep has been your biggest struggle, start by becoming consistent with your bedtime.
If you've been inactive, start with a simple daily walk instead of creating an exercise plan you already know you may abandon.
The other habits still matter.
But you don't have to fix everything in one week.
Start where you are. Work on what matters most. Become consistent. Then build from there.
This is part of how we approach the Restoration Journey at De’Bu.
We don't expect you to suddenly become perfect at everything.
We help you understand where to start, create practical wellness routines that fit your real life, and stay accountable as you build healthier habits — one step at a time.
Because lasting wellness isn't about doing everything perfectly.
It's about learning to keep showing up.
What's one healthy habit you already know you need to become more consistent with?
