Common causes of greenish dropping.
Reduced feed intake/starvation – bile becomes more visible, producing green droppings.
Coccidiosis – especially when accompanied by watery droppings, poor growth, ruffled feathers or blood/mucus.
Bacterial enteritis – may cause greenish/watery f***s, depression and poor appetite.
Newcastle disease or other viral infections – green diarrhea can occur, particularly with respiratory or nervous signs.
Liver problems or severe stress – can also cause abnormal green droppings.
Feed changes or spoiled/poor-quality feed can alter droppings.
What to do
Don't treat the colour alone. First check whether the birds are eating and drinking normally and look for other signs.
If coccidiosis is suspected, use an appropriate anticoccidial according to the product label/veterinarian's direction.
If there are coughing, sneezing, gasping, twisted necks, paralysis or sudden deaths, isolate affected birds and contact a poultry veterinarian promptly—antibiotics will not cure a viral disease such as Newcastle.
Provide clean water, good-quality feed, dry litter and good ventilation.
Remove dead/sick birds promptly and strengthen biosecurity.
Avoid randomly combining several antibiotics or herbal mixtures; this can delay the correct treatment.
Important: If your birds have green/white droppings + coughing + sudden deaths, tell me their age, number of birds, how many are dying per day, whether they are eating, and whether you see blood/mucus in the droppings. I can help you narrow down the possibilities.

WHY CRD KEEPS COMING BACK.
If CRD keeps returning after treatment, the problem may not be the medication alone.
Mycoplasma can persist in birds and flare up again under stress.
Poor ventilation and ammonia weaken the respiratory system.
Overcrowding and dusty litter increase respiratory problems.
Other infections like E. coli, IB or Newcastle disease may be involved.
Repeated use of the same antibiotic can fail if the organism is not susceptible to it.
Don't just keep changing antibiotics. Correct the farm conditions and seek veterinary diagnosis when CRD repeatedly returns.
