This picture is exactly how Man lives. You're walking around with obvious mistakes, bad habits, poor decisions, pride and bad attitude,and everyone around you is pretending everything is fine. They clap for you, praise you, and hype you while watching you embarrass yourself. That's how people fall. Not because they didn't know better, but because their circle was too mean to tell them the truth. If your friends, your colleagues, your Mentees, your team, or the people close to you can't correct you, can't challenge you, and can't tell you when you're wrong, then you don't have a circle. You have an audience. And an audience will clap even as you walk straight into destruction, the best they do after, is "we knew he wouldn't manage". And they will laugh at you when you fail.
Sometimes the biggest danger in your life is not your enemy, it's the people who fear losing your favour so much that they would rather watch you fail silently than guide you honestly.
