Men, let's talk.
If you were told tomorrow that you needed a fertility test, what would your first reaction be?
A. No problem. Let's do it.
B. I will feel embarrassed.
C. I would be worried about the result.
D. I would ask why I need it.
E. I would probably avoid it.
There is no judgment here.
Understanding the emotional barriers men face can help us create better health conversations.
Be honest. Which one is your answer?

“Madam, it must be you...”
Imagine trying to conceive for two years.
You have done scans.
You have taken medications.
You have changed your diet.
You have prayed.
You have tried different recommendations from friends and relatives
Then, someone says, “Maybe your womb is the problem.”
Yet, in all these, nobody has asked the husband to get evaluated.
That's where our fertility conversations need to change.
Fertility isn't a courtroom where a partner gets judged.
We are not trying to determine who is guilty here.
We are only trying to understand what's happening and how to go about it.
Sometimes, the female partner has a contributing factor.
Sometimes, the male partner does.
Sometimes, both do.
Sometimes, no specific cause is identified.
And sometimes, there are treatable factors that can be addressed once the right evaluation is done, followed by the corresponding treatment support.
So, let's replace “Whose fault is it?” with “What information do we need?”
That one change can reduce blame, protect relationships and help couples approach fertility as a team.
If you agree that fertility should be a couple's conversation, share this...

Who should be checked when couples have fertility challenges?
❤️ The woman
👍 The man
😮 Both partners
😂 Nobody. Just keep trying
Vote first, then explain your answer.
Let's see how much we've been taught about fertility and how much we still need to learn.
When MEN are healthy, they will have more healthy relationships & families...

Can a man be sexually active and still have fertility problems?
Oh yes!
This is one of the biggest misconceptions surrounding male fertility.
Sexual performance and fertility are related to different biological processes.
A man may be able to:
~Have an er****on
~Have sexual in*******se
~Ejaculate normally
~Experience sexual desire
And still have problems involving s***m production or s***m function.
A semen analysis can provide information about things such as:
• S***m concentration
• S***m motility
• S***m morphology
• Semen volume
But one test doesn't tell the entire story.
Results can vary, and a healthcare professional may recommend repeat testing or additional evaluation depending on the circumstances.
So, please stop using the fact that “he performs well sexually” as proof that his fertility must be perfect. It isn't...
And the reverse is also true. An abnormal semen analysis doesn't automatically mean a man can never father a child.
It just means more evaluation may be needed, followed by corresponding treatment.
That's a much healthier way to approach fertility.
Did you know sexual performance and fertility aren't the same thing?
Would you like to have a chat relating to s***m production or s***m function?

Men’s reproductive health matters deserve attention too...
Why is it that when a couple has been trying to conceive without success, the conversation often starts with the women?
Most times, you’ll hear questions like...
"Has she checked her hormones?"
"Has she checked her tubes?"
"Has she done an ultrasound?"
But there's the part we need to normalize also, which is, that the man should be part of the evaluation too.
Male factors contribute to infertility in a large proportion of couples experiencing difficulty conceiving.
And you don't have to look sick to have a fertility issue.
A man can feel perfectly healthy, have normal sexual function, and still have abnormalities in s***m count, movement or shape.
That's why infertility isn't about finding someone to blame.
Rather, it's about finding information with a view to tackling any identified issue.
If pregnancy isn't happening as expected, both partners deserve appropriate evaluation.
Men, please don't sit on the sidelines.
Your reproductive health matters too. Don't ignore it.
What do you think stops some men from getting fertility tests?
Let's have an honest conversation.

Complete this sentence...
“I wish someone had told me _________ about women's health.”
It could be...
"That severe period pain isn't something I always have to endure."
"That fertility involves both partners."
"That I should know my cycle."
"That my mental health matters too."
"That I can ask questions at the hospital."
Or maybe yours could be something completely different.
Go ahead now. Complete the sentence...
This could become one of the most valuable conversations we've had this month.

What I want this community to stand for...
I don't want this page to be another place where women are frightened into buying something.
I don't just want women to be told things that they can't understand, while leaving them in doubt and confusion. A BIG No.
I want something better.
I want us to be able to talk about men and women's health without fear.
I want women to understand their bodies.
I want men to understand that reproductive health is a shared responsibility.
I want people to learn the difference between a promising idea and proven treatment.
I want traditional and herbal medicine to be discussed with proven facts, curiosity AND responsibility.
I want us to know and appreciate the healing treasures embedded in herbal/natural remedies and also appreciate lifestyle approaches as effective pathways to wellness and longevity.
I want all who encounter this page to see the reality of a life outside ill-health. And that, a sickness-free and pain-free life is possible because nature has made the way out.
And most importantly, I want people to start asking better health questions.
When you interface with a healthcare professional, the most powerful thing you can say is to ask to understand what's happening in your body.
That's the kind of health conversation I want to keep building here.
If that's the kind of community you want too, follow this page and invite someone you care about.
We are just getting started...

10 women's health questions worth asking yourself
Take a quiet moment today and ask:
1. Do I know what's normal for my menstrual cycle?
2. Have I been experiencing unusually heavy bleeding?
3. Is my period pain affecting my quality of life?
4. Have I noticed persistent changes in my cycle?
5. Am I getting enough sleep?
6. Is my diet providing enough variety and nutrients?
7. Am I physically active enough for my current circumstances?
8. Have I been ignoring a persistent symptom?
9. If I'm planning pregnancy, have I considered preconception health?
10. When was my last appropriate health check?
You don't need to panic if you answered “NO” to several of the questions.
This isn't a test. It's a reminder.
You can't take control of something you never pay attention to.
Start where you are.
Choose one area. Make one improvement.
Ask one question.
Book one appointment if needed.
Small daily steps count.
Which number made you pause?

Dear woman, your health is NOT an afterthought when you have done all else.
Now, this is how it usually plays out...
You take care of your children.
You take care of your husband.
You take care of your business.
You take care of your parents.
You remember everyone's appointments.
You remember birthdays.
You remember what everyone needs.
But the BIG question is, who remembers you?
Why make your own health the last item on your list?
Your body deserves attention too.
Your menstrual health matters.
Your emotional wellbeing matters.
Your reproductive health matters.
Your blood pressure matters.
Your blood sugar matters.
Your sleep matters.
Your nutrition matters.
And yes, your health deserves attention even when nobody else is complaining.
Don't wait until you are completely exhausted before you rest.
Don't wait until you are seriously ill before you seek care.
Don't wait until you are trying to conceive before you begin thinking about reproductive health.
You are worth taking care of now.
This weekend, please prioritize YOU.
