Sometimes, you get so caught up in doing everything, showing up, creating content, running your business, teaching, and trying to keep everything moving that you forget to pause and take care of yourself.

I needed that break. I needed time to breathe, rest, reflect, and just be present without feeling like I had to show up every single day.

And now that I’m back, I can honestly say that taking that time for myself was worth it. Sometimes, stepping away for a little while helps you come back with a clearer mind, renewed energy, and a fresh perspective.
