🚨 Your kidneys could be in trouble without you even knowing it! Here are 7 silent warning signs you should never ignore.
1. You're always tired.
Feeling exhausted all the time could be a sign that your kidneys aren't filtering waste effectively.
2. Your feet or ankles are swollen.
Fluid buildup can cause noticeable swelling.
3. Your urination has changed.
Urinating more or less than usual, foamy urine, or blood in the urine should be checked by a healthcare professional.
4. Puffy eyes.
Persistent puffiness around your eyes may be associated with protein leaking into the urine.
5. Dry, itchy skin.
Kidney problems can affect your body's mineral balance, which may lead to skin changes.
6. Loss of appetite or frequent nausea.
A buildup of waste in the body can contribute to these symptoms.
7. Frequent muscle cramps.
Electrolyte imbalances may cause recurring cramps.
These signs don't automatically mean you have kidney disease, but if they persist or worsen, don't ignore them—see a qualified healthcare professional for proper evaluation.
