၁- မျက်နှာကို cleansing ၃စက်လောက်ချပြီးစက်ဝိုင်းပုံနှိပ်ပြီး သာယာလေးပွတ်ချင်း ဖြင့်ချေးချွတ်ပေးပါ
၂- မျက်နှာကိုဆပ်ပြာမြုပ် (သို့)ဖော့ဖြင့်သာယာစွာ သစ်ပေးပါ
၃- ရေနွေးငွေ့ဖြင့်မျက်နှာကိုချွေးပေါက်ဖွင့်ပေါင်းတင်ပါ စက်မရှိသူများအနေဖြင့် ရေကျက်သီးနွေးလောက်ကို မျက်နှာအပြည့်အုပ်ဖို့ ပုဝါသဘက်သား ရေနွေးထဲနှစ်ပြီး ရေညှစ်ပါ ပဝါဖြန့်လိုက်လျှင် ရေငွေ့လေးတွေတံပတ်မှာကျန်နေသောအနွေးငွေ့ဖြင့် ချွေးပေါက်များပွင့်သွားအောင်မျက်နှာပေါ် ၂မိနစ်ခန့် အုပ်ထားပေးပါ
၄- ပေါင်းတင်ခရင်မ်များလိမ်းထားပေးပါ ၂၅မိနစ်ထားပေးပါ မျက်နှာပေါင်းတင်ကပ်လဲ ကပ်နိုင်ပါသည်
၅- မျက်နှာကိုဖော့ဖြင့်သေချာသုပ်ပြီး တိုနာလိမ်းပါ (သို့) night cream လိမ်းထားပေးပါ
တပတ်မှာ ၂ကြိမ်လောက်လုပ်ပြီး ပျိုမေတိုင်းတွက်အဆင်ပြေကျေနပ်ကြမှာပါ
Cleansing , soap ,lotion, emulsion လဲ ကိုယ်သုံးနေကြထဲကအတည့်ဆုံးဖြင့်သုံးပေးနိုင်ပါသည်ရှင့် နောက်ရက်တွေမှာ သဘာဝ ပစ္စည်းများဖြင့်တင်နည်းများလဲ ထပ်တင်ပေးသွားပါ့မယ်ရှင့်
