လူတိုင်းက မိမိဘဝရဲ့ အသေးအမွှားတိုင်းကို ပြောပြချင်နေကြတဲ့ ခေတ်ကာလမှာ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းဟာ တန်ခိုးကြီးမားတဲ့ အရာတစ်ခု ဖြစ်တယ်။ အချို့အရာတွေက ခိုင်ခံ့တည်ငြိမ်ပြီး တည်မြဲလာတဲ့အထိ ကိုယ့်အတွင်းမှာပဲ သိမ်းထားတာ ပိုကောင်းပါတယ်။ ကြောက်လို့မဟုတ်ပါဘူး... ပညာရှိလို့ပါ။

၁။ အောင်မြင်မှု
သင်အောင်မြင်နေတာကို အဆင့်တိုင်း ကြေညာနေစရာ မလိုပါဘူး။ သင့်ရဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်တွေနဲ့ ရလဒ်တွေက သင့်ကိုယ်စား ပြောပြပေးပါလိမ့်မယ်။ စောစီးစွာ ပေးသိလိုက်တာဟာ လူတွေရဲ့ မလိုလားအပ်တဲ့ အာရုံစူးစိုက်မှု၊ နှိုင်းယှဉ်ကြည့်မှု၊ မနာလိုမှုတွေကို ဖိတ်ခေါ်သလို ဖြစ်သွားတတ်ပါတယ်။ တိတ်တဆိတ် တိုးတက်ပါစေ။ တည်မြဲလာတဲ့အခါ သူ့ဖာသာသူ တောက်ပနေပါလိမ့်မယ်။

အချစ်ဟာ ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်မှုရှိမှ လှပပါတယ်။ အစပိုင်းမှာ ဆက်ဆံရေးတွေဟာ ပြင်ပရဲ့ သဘောထားတွေ ဝင်မလာဘဲ ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ လောကကြီးကို ချမပြခင် နှစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ သံယောဇဉ်ကြိုးကို အရင် ခိုင်မာအားကောင်းပါစေ။ စစ်မှန်တဲ့ အချစ်တွေက ငြိမ်သက်ရာမှာ ဖူးပွင့်ကြပါတယ်။

၃။ အစီအစဉ်နဲ့ နည်းဗျူဟာ

၄။ ဝင်ငွေ
ငွေကြေးဟာ ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာ ကိစ္စပါ။ သင် ဘယ်လို ရှာသလဲ၊ သုံးသလဲ၊ စုသလဲ၊ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသလဲဆိုတာ လူတိုင်း သိဖို့ မလိုပါဘူး။ သင့်ရဲ့ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးကို နှိုင်းယှဉ်မှုတွေ၊ မနာလိုမှုတွေကနေ ကာကွယ်ထားပါ။ တိတ်ဆိတ်တဲ့ တည်ငြိမ်မှုက ဆူညံစွာ ပြသတာထက် ပိုမိုအားကောင်းပါတယ်။

၅။ ပျော်ရွှင်မှု
