A special shoutout to Spanish footballer Marc Cucurella, who has used his platform to speak openly about his autistic son, Mateo, sharing the journey of learning to understand him, navigating uncertainty, and advocating with deep love for what his child needs.

Sensory therapy for kids is a form of occupational therapy designed to help children process, regulate, and respond to the information they receive from their senses. It uses structured, play-based activities to improve focus, emotional regulation, and daily functioning.

Children and different able persons are spending less time playing outdoors. From after-school schedules to working parents, to unsafe conditions, to increased digital screen time, to less outdoor time….less natural play.

Thanks to my friends at Small axe riparian park and Githurai peoples park, a new beginning that will include everyone is being realized. With your phone you can now scan Qr codes of trees as well as other information including the persons with disabilities act of 2025.

21st March — a day of progress, in every sense. 💛

On World Down Syndrome Day, I had the joy of representing and celebrating inclusion at Nyayo Stadium.

On the same day, Adidas launched something special — and that last weekend, the world witnessed greatness, with three incredible athletes: Sebastian Sawe, Yomif Kejelcha, and Tigist Assefa pushing the limits of human performance.

Three athletes. One powerful reminder.

The number 3 is special — it represents the extra chromosome that makes people like me unique.

And in that moment, across different stages, the message was the same — from global sport to my own journey:

The world is moving forward — and making space for everyone.

With innovations from Adidas creating opportunities for athletes with disabilities, it shows that inclusion is no longer just a conversation — it’s action.

I’m growing in a world that is learning to include me. 💛💙
