We have 2 main types:

💈A hard/defined hairline -
A sharp, straight edge that mimics a fresh buzz cut or fade. Popular with younger clients or those who prefer a bold, barbered look.

💈A soft natural hairline-
Mimics a mature, natural hairline with slight irregularity and a soft, undefined edge that blends into the skin. Best for older clients or those wanting a subtle, "always had hair" look

We normally arrive at the type by assesing the client's age and hair loss patter guided by the client's preference (if they have)

After the initial procedure has healed and the pigment settled, you will notice uneven gaps.

This is so because initial procedure is only for laying down the structure of the hairline and the dots on the scalp.

Session 2 ( touchup) is where we now build density.

You will notice even placement of the dots and also more density in the 'After'.

We offer correctional procedures too.
The client had unevenly placed pigment at the front, the crown and sides of his scalp which were actually left bare. Very unfortunate!

Not everyone is professionally trained and experienced to do this. Make sure you research the artist and portfolio keenly to establish the quality of their work, otherwise this mistake will cost you.

This client was very lucky that I was able to workout some magic,otherwise if it was beyond this,I would have had to do laser tattoo removal

Building density is a gradual process.

Over pigmenting the scalp causes oversaturation in the skin and the pigment doesn't settle well and could even risk the pigment to 'bleed'under the skin that will blur the outcome.

So touchups are done 2 weeks apart and this gives enough time for the skin to heal and pigment to settle in.
