I wanted to share some personal news with you.

I’ve started my journey as a *Certified Health Coach*, and I’m genuinely excited to use what I’m learning to help people improve their health and lifestyle.

My mission is to help people *lose weight, improve their energy, build healthier habits and manage lifestyle-related health concerns* — without extreme diets, complicated routines or giving up everything they enjoy.

As I begin this journey, I’m opening up *3 spots to work with people one-on-one* and personally support them in creating sustainable lifestyle changes.

If you, or someone you know, has been wanting to improve their health but hasn’t known where to begin, simply reply to this message. I’d be happy to connect and see how I can support.

And even if this isn’t something you need right now, I’d love your good wishes as I begin this new journey. It genuinely means a lot.

Dinner doesn’t need to be complicated—it just needs to be intentional. 🌙🥗
If you’re working toward healthier habits or sustainable weight management, start with these 3 golden rules:
1. Keep it light: Prioritise lean protein and fresh vegetables while avoiding oversized portions of rice or roti. Simple combos like dal + sabzi, paneer + veggies, or sprouts + salad are satisfying without feeling heavy.
2. Eat earlier: Aim to finish your last meal 2–3 hours before bedtime whenever your schedule allows to support better digestion and sleep.
3. Stay consistent: A steady meal and sleep rhythm makes healthy choices feel natural, not forced.
You don’t need an extreme diet to see real progress—stick to the basics and let consistency do the heavy lifting.

Turning on a cold shower may be uncomfortable,

but resisting the urge to reach for warmth each morning turns a simple daily challenge into a powerful act of discipline. Embracing that choice—even when discomfort beckons—boosts your mental resilience, helping you tackle real-world problems like meeting tight deadlines, having tough conversations, making difficult decisions, and building lasting habits. You don’t have to enjoy the discomfort; you just need to become better at facing it.
