Day 2 : growth factor injection .

Day 3: Autologous Bone Marrow and Blood Stem Cell treatment : The procedure will perform in Operation theatre ,We do procedure under local anaesthesia and sedation .. Bone Marrow Aspiration and Stem Cell separation and culture done by Dr. Madhav Rayate (Me) , After separating stem cells Paediatric Anesthetic Doctor will inject that stem cells intrathecally into spine mainly in Cerebrospinal fluid .. Procedure will take around 2 to 3 hours … Child won’t be under anesthesia for 3 hrs … Aspiration of bone marrow will take 15 – 20 minutes …time consuming procedure is stem cell separation … When we do stem cell separation then at last we inject cells intrathecally that is hardly 10 minutes procedure..
