The yoga clinic

A mix of gratitude and immense pride for being a part of the ACHIEVER'S SHOWCASE SECTION of the first e- magazine released by the alumini association of my ALMA MATTER ( GDC&hospital, RAJIV GANDHI MEDICAL COLLEGE COMPLEX , GOA) 😇🙏🏼 just one message for the budding doctors ....God has given you a lot of giftboxes...unpack each n everyone ....and see the magic unfold
Humbled 🙏🏼

From completion of my degree , to practicing at the hospital casualty , to side by side completing my bachelor's in performing arts to post graduate in theory of the nrutyashastra, to blending all the knowledge and experience to further completion of 200 ; 300 hrs under YOGA ALLIANCE , blessed opportunity to learn with THE movement specialist Dr. MCGILL & late DR.DOUG KELLER ; specializing in injuries in movement to be working today as a ERYT500; YACEP; and a kinesiologist ....yes ...science is connected one to another ; the way the body moves , the way the dots connect , the situations injuries happen and the art of working towards longevity of movement
Would I be able to achieve this with only my degree or work experience as a doctor or only knowing dance technique or movement technique ?? No; never ......
20 yrs of experience n knowledge blended in one
Grateful and humbled🙏🏼
