Hips feeling stiff lately? This is one of those simple movements that can feel surprisingly good when you slow it down.
Move gently from side to side, stay within a comfortable range, and don’t force yourself deeper just to “get the stretch.” Let the hips move gradually and keep your breathing relaxed.
This can be a nice mobility drill before yoga, after sitting for long hours, or whenever your hips feel tight.
If you have a recent hip/knee injury, significant pain, or have been advised to avoid deep hip rotation, check with your healthcare professional first.
Save this and try it slowly.

If fat loss is your goal, add this movement to your routine. ✨
It engages your core + obliques, improves spinal mobility, and gets more of your body moving.
Try 10–20 slow, controlled reps and stay within a comfortable range.
⚠️ Important: This movement does not specifically burn belly or side fat. Fat loss comes from your overall routine, including nutrition, activity, strength work, sleep and consistency.
Who can try it: Generally suitable for healthy adults comfortable with standing bends and rotation.
Please check with your doctor, physiotherapist or qualified healthcare professional first if you have a back/spine or hip condition, recent injury or surgery, osteoporosis, balance issues, are pregnant/postpartum, or have been advised to avoid twisting or bending. Stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, numbness or unusual discomfort.

Have you ever experienced a meditation where you don’t have to force the mind to become quiet? 🙏🏻
This Saturday, we are blessed to welcome Yogi Sadhak Anand Ji to Winnipeg for a special Kundalini Awakening & Dhyan session through Shaktipat.
Guruji has been on this spiritual path since meeting his Guru, Shree M. M. Gautam Ji, in 2006, and received Gurupad in 2016. He follows the ancient Guru–Shishya Tirth Parampara, where spiritual knowledge and practice are passed from Guru to disciple.
The practice is also known as Sehaj Siddh Yog / Maha Siddh Yog, where meditation unfolds naturally through the grace and guidance of the Guru.

Long day at your desk? Your neck may be asking for movement, not another aggressive stretch.
These simple movements help me open the front of my neck and chest, encourage easier neck mobility, and release some of that stiffness that builds up after sitting.
Move slowly and stay within a comfortable range.
