May 19, 2026, The Indian Cancer Society (ICS) organized a cancer screening camp for the residents of Varavanaglavi village in the Dharwad region, generously sponsored by Hindalco.
A total of 62 beneficiaries from the village—consisting of 11 males and 51 females—attended the camp.
Every participant (62) underwent oral cancer screening and received personalized counseling, with zero oral cancer suspects identified.
Additionally, 20 iBreast scans and 10 HPV cervical cancer screenings were conducted; fortunately, no clinical suspects were found for either breast or cervical cancer, and no clinical breast examinations were required.
To***co cessation counseling was not utilized during this session.
The successful ex*****on of the camp was managed by a dedicated medical and support team including Dr. Geeta, Dr. Lavanya, Suchitra, Karuna, Florina, Shweta, and Ravikumar.

We are delighted to share that the Cancer Awareness and Screening Camp held on 07/04/2026 in Kavalageri Village, Dharwad Region was successfully conducted.

The camp was organized for the benefit of village communities and carried out through Indian Cancer Society (ICS), with generous support from Hindalco. The program was conducted with the dedicated efforts of the healthcare team and support staff.

The screening camp aimed to promote early detection and awareness of cancer among rural populations.

The camp activities included screening and counseling services conducted by our medical team comprising Dr. Lavanya, Yashodha, Neetu, Ningavva, and Ravikumar.

The active participation of the local community contributed significantly to the success of the program.

We are delighted to share that the Free Cancer Awareness and Screening Camp held on 24/02/2026 in Belgaum was a great success.
The camp was organized by Shivagiri Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., Belgaum, under the leadership of President Shri Ganesh Chougule and the Board Members. The event was conducted in association with RadOn Cancer Centre and Indian Dental Association, with support from Netradarshan Super-Speciality Eye Hospital – Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital.
The program was coordinated by Mr. Kotbagi, with Mr. Vijay assisting in coordination and attending the camp. The screening camp was conducted at Vishwakarma Devasthana Sabha Bhavan, MPM Road, Shahapur, Belgaum.

Our clinical team received a warm welcome from the organizers and the wonderful people of Belgaum.
