🦷 الجير، إيش هو؟ وليش بخوّف؟
الجير هو طبقة قاسية بتتراكم على الأسنان إذا ما نظّفنا منيح.
حتى لو كنت بجيل صغير، الجير ممكن يسبّب: إلتهاب باللثّة -> تراجعها شويّ شويّ -> ضعف بالأسنان وحتّى خطر سقوطها!

فرشاة + خيط + فحص دوري عند طبيب الأسنان على الأقلّ مرّة كلّ 6 أشهر.
