Reflexology by Olivia

Ur space to....just be 💛🪻💕 (and thats more than enough!)

🖤 From Hips to Hormones and everything in between!! ..... these little ear seeds can pack a big punch in supporting ur body's whole system for days after ur in-person session. Finding them really effective for boosting immunity & soothing inflammation..... 👂💛✨️

🌸 When life & everything around u feels a bit chaotic (Lets be real, the world is a s**t show at the moment) taking time out for a reflexology session can be just what's needed to recalibrate and restabilise x
✨️Taking time out of our usual routines & commitments, gives our mind & body a chance to just be. No rushing, no demanding, no solving, no fixing.

Wow! There's such BEAUTY, POWER & PEACE when people show up in the world just exactly as themselves. Their own unique gifts & quirks and amazingness. I do literally be in awe of those I meet daily .... 💕🌸

Biomagnetics - Subtle, powerful supoort for the body at a cellular level 🖤

🎄🎁🎅🖤

My most recent obsession - Ear seeding! The last couple of months I have been adding on ear-seeds to those in need of a little extra support outside of the treatment room. I am finding these tiny seeds/beads are doing a marvellous job of prolonging the benefits of your reflexology session. 🌸 If you would like to give them a try, just mention it at ur next appointment (please let me know before our session starts so I can include them into your treatment time!)

🎁 Gift Vouchers available! (Taking the stress out of Christmas for everyone involved!)

❤️ Perfect for someone ...
• who has all the things
• who's been through a particularly challenging year
• who means the world to you
• who needs an hours peace more than anything else
• who may not want to hear "Happy Christmas" for numerous reasons
• who deserves to be the one taken care of for once

*Reminder to self 💛✨️(especially this time of year)
There are just some quotes/words I go back to again & again.... this is one of my favourite check-ins x

This little guy has literally been here for his appointments since day dot!! From his Mammy's brave journey to conception right through to a week before he was born! Today I got to meet him for the first time Earth side, for yes, his 1st reflexology session!! 🩵 What an honor to get to hold him today!! I may be a bit biased about how much I love his name too! # BabyOllie!! 🩵 (Those feet tho 🥰) What a Friday treat x
