In my Reflexology Treatments I use Tuning forks & beautifully organic essential oils 🌿

Why ? Reflexology • Tuning Forks • Aromatherapy together ?

Reflexology is a beautiful treatment in itself but combining tuning forks & aromatherapy adds another layer of healing 🦶and is a deeply nurturing experience to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing and restorative sleep.

Benefits :

✨ For Stress & Anxiety
Encourages deep relaxation, helps calm a busy mind and creates space to slow down and breathe.

🌙 For Sleep & Rest
A soothing combination designed to help the body unwind and support a peaceful bedtime routine.

💗 For Low Mood & Emotional Wellbeing
Provides quiet time for yourself, helping you reconnect with your body and create a sense of comfort, grounding and wellbeing.

🌸 For Hormonal Wellbeing
A gentle, nurturing treatment during times of hormonal change, supporting relaxation and helping you feel more balanced and connected to yourself.

🎵 Tuning Forks
Gentle sound and vibration can deepen relaxation, encourage mindfulness and create a meditative experience.

🌿 Aromatherapy Oils
Carefully selected essential oils add a beautiful sensory element, supporting relaxation and emotional comfort.

A holistic journey for body, mind & spirit —
helping you pause, release, restore & reconnect.

Reflexology 𓂀𓂀𓂀

𓂀 The feet are highly sensitive: Each foot contains thousands of nerve endings, making them especially responsive to touch and pressure.

𓂀 Reflexology focuses on the feet, hands and sometimes ears, depending on the reflexology system being used.

Reflexology has very ancient roots, but the modern practice of reflexology developed more recently 𓂀

𓂀 Ancient Egypt:

One of the earliest pieces of evidence comes from the tomb of Ankhmahor at Saqqara, dating to around 2330 BCE. Wall paintings show people working on the hands and feet, although it’s debated whether this was specifically reflexology as we know it today.

𓂀 Ancient China:

There are long traditions of therapeutic foot and hand pressure within Chinese medicine, and some modern reflexology theories draw connections to these practices.

𓂀 India:

Traditional Ayurvedic practices have also included massage and pressure work on the feet.

𓂀Modern reflexology:

The system most closely resembling what we practise today developed in the early 20th century in the United States. Dr William H. Fitzgerald developed Zone Therapy, and Eunice Ingham later mapped the feet and hands and developed the reflexology method that became widely known in the West.
