TP ICAP, City Quays 3, Belfast.

Over the past number of weeks, Chichester Avenue has had the pleasure of working on the fit-out of TP ICAP’s Belfast offices, bringing together bespoke signage, artwork, planting, living walls, and interior styling to create a workspace that feels contemporary, considered and, importantly, connected to Belfast.

TP ICAP is a global financial markets infrastructure, liquidity and data solutions specialist, connecting clients across financial, energy and commodities markets around the world.

Their Belfast home is within City Quays 3 (CQ3) — a landmark 16-storey office building on Belfast’s waterfront and part of the wider City Quays development. Home to a growing community of leading corporate businesses, the building provided an incredible backdrop for this project.

Beautifully designed by RPP Architects, the space already had such a strong architectural identity, so our brief was about complementing that rather than competing with it.

A key part of the concept was ensuring that, although TP ICAP is a global business, their Belfast office had a real sense of place.

Throughout the fit-out we incorporated references to Belfast’s history, architecture and landmarks — from the city’s maritime heritage and Titanic story to recognisable Belfast buildings and cultural references. These details were woven through the artwork, graphics and timeline installations, creating moments throughout the office that tell both the story of TP ICAP and the city they call home.

Projects like this are very much a collaborative effort, and we’d like to give a huge thank you to Graffic Belfast and Antrim Signs for jumping on board with us and helping bring so many of the bespoke elements to life, what a Fantastic finish 👏 a further thank you to Kathryn Callaghan for all the beautiful prints.

From initial concepts and artwork through to signage, planting, styling and final installation — it has been a fantastic project to work on and one we’re extremely proud to add to our commercial portfolio.
