Your Reset is 45 minutes completely for you. No therapist. No interruptions. No rushing. Just you, your own private space and the opportunity to properly unwind at a time that suits you 🤍

Inside your Reset, you’ll experience:

✨ State-of-the-art Zero Gravity Massage Chair that targets all major muscle groups.
✨ Guided meditation or calming music through noise-cancelling headphones
✨ Aromatherapy
✨ Herbal tea station
✨ Complete privacy in a soundproof room

I’m officially back from holidays and, although I had the most amazing time off, I’m really looking forward to getting back into the swing of things! 🤍

I’m especially excited for the autumn months 🍂 — this is honestly my favourite time of year in the studio. There’s just something so lovely about those cosy evenings, relaxing treatments, candles and a little bit of time to switch off. 🕯️✨

After a lovely long break, I’m feeling refreshed, recharged, and so excited to be back doing what I love 🥰 I can’t wait to see all of my wonderful clients this week and get back into the thick of things!
