近年Run Club文化在全球迅速擴張，跑步早已超越單純的個人自主訓練，演變成凝聚社群、傳遞生活態度與分享日常的重要方式。剛於8月初在加拿大溫哥華圓滿落幕的年度運動盛事 lululemon SeaWheeze半馬拉松，再度將頂級路跑、戶外音樂與慶典氛圍完美融合，吸引全球無數跑者共襄盛舉。

本次賽事的一大亮點，莫過於Fitnez Studio創辦人兼演員梁諾妍 Inez Leong 梁諾妍🦉 的親身參與。身為lululemon香港品牌大使的她，這次更肩負起官方「2小時20分」配速員（Pacer）的重任，全程精準掌控節奏，穩健帶領該組跑者順利衝線，並在賽後深入分享了這趟結合汗水、成就感與社群連結的跑者之旅。

The Run Club culture has expanded rapidly worldwide, transforming running from individual self-training into a vibrant way to build community and share lifestyles. At the annual lululemon SeaWheeze Half Marathon in Vancouver, which seamlessly blended road racing, music, and festival vibes, lululemon Hong Kong brand ambassador and Fitnez Studio founder Inez Leong served as a major highlight by taking on the role of an official 2:20 pacer, precisely guiding her group to the finish line and capturing the spirit of shared achievement.

提到「三點三下午茶」，你會先想到奶茶、菠蘿油等港香港茶餐廳美食，還是經典的英式三層架下午茶？最近香港康得思酒店 找來油麻地人氣冰室 和本地食物插畫家  ，即日起至10月31日帶來以下午茶為靈感的《三點三》展覽。

展覽分為兩部分，香港康得思酒店展出Kai啟發自世界各地下午茶的畫作，大安茶冰廳則聚焦港式茶記情懷。Kai去年憑「Everyday Toast」計劃登上《福布斯》亞洲「30 Under 30」，一直堅持用療癒可愛的筆觸紀錄各式食物與不同城市的故事。今次我們特別找來Kai，聊聊她的創作歷程和這次的展覽。

When you think of 3:15pm tea time, what comes to mind first — a local cha chaan teng treat, or a classic English afternoon tea set? Cordis, Hong Kong has teamed up with Tai On Cafe and food illustrator Kai for a tea-time-inspired exhibition, “3:3”, running now through 31 October.

In this exhibition, Cordis, Hong Kong features Kai’s artwork inspired by global afternoon tea traditions, while Tai On Cafe focuses on the nostalgic charm of Hong Kong’s local tea restaurant culture. Recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia last year for her “Everyday Toast” project, Kai continues to capture stories of food and cities through her signature playful illustrations. Kai shared with us about her creative journey and the story behind this new collaboration.
