Discover the PEET DULLAERT Automne–Hiver 2026 Couture collection, presented during Haute Couture Week.

Every generation leaves behind its own portrait. Museums preserve them in paint; haute couture preserves them in movement.

Inspired by Rembrandt van Rijn’s portraits of Marten Soolmans and Oopjen Coppit, the collection reflects on the dialogue between artistic heritage and contemporary creation.

Historical techniques and textiles are reinterpreted through modern construction, knitted forms and technical stretch materials. The Watteau pleat, velours de panne, lace coupé, macramé and silk embroidery are transformed into silhouettes shaped for movement, comfort and self-authority.

Colour, texture and craftsmanship become bearers of memory, while selected creations extend into sculptural hair compositions, dissolving the boundaries between dress, adornment and the woman who embodies them.

Heritage remains alive not through repetition, but through continual reinvention—and through the patronage of those who choose to preserve it.
