Fit & Leen

Grateful everyday. 🤍

Grateful for all these spaces that let me explore, learn, grow, and flourish.

Grateful for all the care, support and encouragement.

Grateful for teamwork and community.

Grateful for the 'organized spontaneity' and 'erratic rigidity' mix that inspires to be better everyday.

Grateful for the discoveries and reflections that bring validation and enlightenment.

Super grateful for peace and good health.

All the more I appreciate the things that I do everyday for work.

What a wonderful Piloxing community here - a blast to perform alongside other Master Trainers, Elite Stars and Elite Instructors! Amazing crowd - sold out!! 🎟️

Thank you Teacher Rasidah and PILOXING Singapore , for hosting and having us!!

It was such a memorable SG experience for me. Loved knowing your culture and traditions through this platform. Honored to also represent the Chinese community as well in the traditional dance. ☺️

I was so spoiled 🥹 gosh I'm having a hangover from the trip!

Cheers to more of this! 🥂

Went straight to SMTA Rasidah Caudal 's Piloxing KO class after landing in Singapore, and ended my trip joining her Piloxing SSP class where I also taught some blocks.

What a wonderful community Piloxing has in SG! ✨
