What message does silence send to job candidates?

After completing my own job search and reflecting on the hiring process, I found myself thinking about an aspect we don’t discuss enough: candidate vs employer communication.

This article isn’t about criticizing employers or search committees. It’s about exploring how communication or the lack of it shapes the candidate experience and what higher education can learn from it.

This piece reflects on an important topic that has been meaningful to me, and I would love to hear your thoughts and perspectives.

If you have a moment, please take a look at the article on LinkedIn, like, comment, and share your thoughts. Your engagement would mean a lot to me and would help the conversation reach more people.
