September has absolutely flown by, an actual whirlwind of a month!

From the Templespa new season launch, to raising money for the Alzheimer's Society, to days at the beach and getting outdoors whenever I could... it's been a packed one.

I lost count of how many products I bought and then just... stopped using after a week or two.

It wasn't that they were bad, I just never built a routine that actually stuck. No idea what order things went in, no idea what my skin actually needed, so it all just sat in a drawer.

Then I found Templespa, and for the first time, something did stick. Not because it was complicated, but because it finally made sense and I started noticing the difference that the products were making to my skin because I was being consistent with them.

Here's the order that actually works: start with the basics, cleanser, toner, serum, moisturiser, SPF. Once that's a habit, add in the extras as your skin needs them, exfoliate or mask, eye cream, neck cream.

You don't need to do everything, every day. Just the right things, in the right order, when your skin actually needs them.
