We’re heading to a pumpkin patch in Lichfield for a proper autumn girls’ day — and YES, we can carve our pumpkins too! 🎃🔪

How lucky am I that I can literally message the girls, “fancy going for a walk?” and we just… get up and go 🥹🫶🏼

I wouldn’t have met these gorgeous girls if it wasn’t for Soul Sista, and honestly, that makes me so bloody grateful.

What started as me wanting to create a space for women to meet new people has given me friendships and memories I never expected.

I’m honestly the WORST for putting myself down and underplaying the things I’ve achieved.

I’m always thinking about what I could’ve done better, what I haven’t done yet or whether I’m doing enough… instead of stopping and actually looking at how far I’ve come. 🥹

Starting Soul Sista has pushed me so far outside my comfort zone, but along the way I’ve met so many incredible girls.

Girls who came alone.
Girls who were nervous.
Girls who opened up.
Girls who shared their stories.

Because we’re ALL going through our own life experiences, and sometimes a problem shared really is a problem half solved. 🤍

So if you’re feeling alone, lost, behind or like everyone else has it figured out…

They don’t.

Give yourself some credit. You’re doing better than you think.

Ladies, we’re still on for our Malvern Hills sunset walk at 5pm! 🫶

The weather is looking mostly cloudy with a slight chance of rain, so I’d recommend bringing a waterproof just in case ☁️🌦️

Girls… fancy dancing your way around the Malvern Hills with a bunch of strangers who might just become your new besties? 👀💃🏼

We’re teaming up with Sunset Strides for a 5pm silent disco walk — good music, good energy and good company guaranteed 🫶🏼
