People ask is being sober boring?

It’s definitely not! But at first it can be uncomfortable, lonely, and uncertain, but then a week becomes a month, a month becomes a year, the years add up….and you notice you’re growing 🍃💪

So it’s not boring, what is it???

It’s discovering who you really are.. not just the good bits , but the bits of you that are vulnerable, the bits of you that need to heal a little, the bits of you that you don’t want to revisit, but also the bits you love ❤️ 💫🤍

These days you will find me breathing, dipping climbing and at peace at the top of a big hill or mountain or in a cold pool, or simply being present with those that are important to me!

But… you will still occasionally find me dancing on a table, but because it’s a choice I made these days to climb on the table 💃🏽💃🏽 (and I’ll probably be home by 10 🤣)

Sober living isn’t boring living, it’s truly living!!!

Find a tribe, connect, do what you love and always, always move towards joy, life is good, look around, find the joy, the freedom!! 🤍💫

When you hold space for others we can often forget about taking the time to receive. Yesterday was about receiving and connecting with beautiful souls 🤍💫

My September Classes are now available to book 🤍💫

I’m excited to be adding the beautiful Enhance Studios to my classes from September and looking forward to meeting some new faces 😊

All bookings are now being taken through the booking link in my bio - with classes now back to 3 a month and plans to increase later in the year, I need to try and find a more simple admin process for booking 🤯🤣 it should be straight forward, but if you struggle at all, please just drop me a message 🙏🏻
