🦶✨ Supporting every step, one strip at a time!
K-taping can help provide additional support, manage pain, and improve comfort for those dealing with plantar fasciitis. 💪
Small steps towards better movement and healthier feet! 👣
Remember, taping works best alongside stretching, strengthening, and appropriate footwear.
A foot massage is SO underrated! 🦶🏽✨
Especially when you’re an athlete! 🏃🏽♀️🏋🏽♂️⚽️
We spend so much time focusing on training, recovery, stretching and looking after our muscles, but how often do we actually think about our feet? They carry us through every session, every run, every workout and every competition, yet they’re often the most overlooked part of our recovery routine.
A good foot massage can help relieve tension, ease that tired, heavy feeling and give your feet some much-needed attention after everything you put them through. 😮💨🤍
And honestly, it’s not just for athletes! Whether you spend all day standing, walking, running around or simply dealing with the stresses of everyday life, your feet deserve a little love too.
Sometimes, the smallest things can make the biggest difference. Never underestimate the power of slowing down, switching off and giving your feet the care they deserve. 🫶🏼✨
Your feet do a lot more for you than you realise. Maybe it’s time to give them a little something back!

⚽️🔥 GAME DAY STARTS THE NIGHT BEFORE!
Want to perform at your best, maintain energy and recover quicker? It all starts with how you fuel your body! 💪
🍝 1. THE NIGHT BEFORE
Top up your energy stores with carbohydrate-rich foods to fuel your performance.
✅ Pasta, rice or potatoes
✅ Chicken, fish or lean mince
✅ Vegetables and plenty of water 💧
🍌 2. GAME DAY MORNING
Never underestimate the power of a good breakfast!
✅ Porridge with banana and honey 🥣
✅ Eggs on toast 🍳
✅ Cereal, milk and fruit 🥛
⏰ Aim to eat your main meal 3–4 hours before kick-off.
⚡ 3. PRE-MATCH SNACKS
Need an energy boost closer to kick-off?
🍌 Banana
🍞 Toast with jam
🥣 Cereal bar
💧 4. STAY HYDRATED
Drink water regularly before the game. For longer, intense matches, an electrolyte drink may also help.
🔄 5. RECOVER RIGHT
After the final whistle, replenish energy and support muscle recovery with:
🥛 Chocolate milk
🥪 Chicken or egg sandwich
🍚 Rice with chicken
🏆 REMEMBER: Fuel well. Perform better. Recover stronger.
Your preparation doesn’t start at kick-off. It starts the night before! 👊
👇 What’s your go-to pre-match meal?
📲 Save this post and share it with a teammate who needs to fuel smarter!

Look after your legs 🦵🏼⚽️ mechanics and posture can contribute to plantar fasciitis, especially during sport, but it usually isn’t caused by one single problem.
Plantar fasciitis is irritation/overload of the plantar fascia, the strong band of tissue running from your heel toward your toes. It commonly develops when the amount of loading exceeds what the tissue can tolerate.
How the legs and posture can play a role
During running, jumping or field sports, problems higher up the chain can change how force reaches your foot:
Hip → knee → lower leg → ankle → foot → plantar fascia
For example:
* Limited ankle mobility can make you compensate through the foot.
* Calf tightness can increase stress on the heel and plantar fascia.
* Excessive foot pronation (the foot rolling inward) can increase strain on the fascia.
* Weakness or poor control around the hip/knee can alter your running or landing mechanics.
* Asymmetry between the two legs can cause you to load one foot differently.
* A sudden increase in running, jumping, training volume or intensity is a very common trigger.
* Shoes, playing surface and recovery can also contribute.
Sports massage isn’t just for athletes. 👐
Yes, I work with athletes. But I also work with therapists, office workers, builders, NHS staff, parents, tradespeople, and so many others who carry the physical effects of everyday life.
Because the truth is, you don’t have to play sport to feel tight, sore, stiff or exhausted.
Long hours at a desk.
Being on your feet all day.
Physical work.
Constant stress.
Deadlines.
Looking after everyone else.
The pressure of modern life.
It all takes a toll on the body.
Sometimes your body just needs a chance to switch off, release that built-up tension and breathe.
So whether you’re training for a competition or simply trying to get through a busy week — massage is for you too. 💆♂️💆♀️
Your body works hard for you every single day. Give it some care. ❤️

I don’t just play the game — I know what it asks of your body. ⚽️
Football is fast, physical and unforgiving. The sprinting, changing direction, tackling, jumping, kicking and constant repetition all take their toll.
As a player myself, I understand the demands because I’ve felt them firsthand — the tightness, the knocks, the fatigue and the little niggles that can quickly become bigger problems.
That’s why I believe you shouldn’t just focus on getting back on the pitch. You should work towards becoming better, stronger and more resilient than you were before.
Recovery is important. Rehab is important. But so is building a body that can handle the demands of the sport you love.
⚽️ Train for the game.
💪 Build for the demands.
🧠 Understand your body.
📈 Keep improving.
Your body is part of your performance. Look after it.
You didn’t “sleep funny.”
Your body is usually telling you something.
If your shoulders feel stiff, tight, or achy when you wake up, these are the most common reasons:
⬇️
• Sleeping on one shoulder for hours
• Pillow height putting stress on your neck
• Tight upper back and poor posture
• Stress causing your shoulders to stay tense overnight
Most people immediately stretch the shoulder…
But the real issue is often coming from the neck, upper back, or the way you’re sleeping.
Try this:
✔ Support your top arm with a pillow
✔ Avoid curling your shoulders forward
✔ Improve upper back mobility
✔ Check your pillow height
If your shoulder tightness keeps returning, your body may be compensating somewhere else.
Recovery starts with finding the cause — not just chasing the symptoms.

Quick Match-Day Formula🔥⚽️
Night before: carbs + hydration
Pre-game: light carb meal

That combination helps maintain sharpness and “captivating energy” through the full 90 minutes.
