Every week, more clients come to me for help after an aesthetic treatment hasn’t gone as they expected. Some want advice about a treatment they were told they needed. Others are unhappy with overfilled lips, or tell me their anti-wrinkle treatment lasted only a few weeks.

Please don’t feel embarrassed about asking for help. I welcome new clients for an honest consultation, whether you want to discuss your options, ask about dissolving lip filler, or simply get a second opinion.

I’m concerned by the number of very cheap “model price” treatments being advertised, sometimes with claims about superior products or advanced expertise that don’t seem to match the results clients bring to me. I’m also seeing AI-generated images presented as examples of a practitioner’s own work. You deserve to know what results are real before deciding who to trust.

And if you’ve contacted your practitioner with a concern and been ignored, that’s a huge red flag. Aftercare matters just as much as the appointment itself.
