🌿 ADHD & Autism Reflexology Support Programme – Limited Spaces Available 🌿

Are you, or is your child, neurodivergent and experiencing challenges with sleep, mood, relaxation, regulation, or other difficulties commonly associated with ADHD or Autism?

I have recently completed additional training in reflexology techniques and am looking for a small number of clients who would be interested in taking part in a 6–8 week treatment programme, allowing me to evaluate and review progress on a weekly basis.

I have been practising reflexology since 2017, so you’ll benefit from my years of experience while receiving these treatments at a special concessionary rate.

✨ What’s included?
• A full consultation before your first treatment
• One 45-minute reflexology session each week or 30 minutes if under 18.
• Weekly discussions to monitor how you are feeling and any changes you notice
• A final review at the end of the programme
• The opportunity to help me evaluate these additional reflexology techniques in my practice

💷 Special programme rates:
Adults: £30 per 45-minute session
Children: £15 per 30-minute session

You can pay weekly as you attend, making it easier to spread the cost.

6-week programme:
Adults – £180 | Children – £90

8-week programme:
Adults – £240 | Children – £120

That’s a saving of £15 per treatment compared with my usual rate.

To take part, you must have an official or suspected diagnosis of ADHD and/or Autism and be able to commit to a minimum of 6 weekly sessions. Be open to giving a full review on progress. Be willing to be open to suggestions to help support your treatment programme.

I’m delighted to share that I have recently completed further training in reflexology for neurodivergent clients, with a particular focus on supporting individuals with ADHD and autism.

This specialist approach can be tailored to help promote relaxation and support areas that may be affected by stress, such as sleep, emotional regulation and feelings of overwhelm. Every client is different, so treatments are personalised to your individual needs and wellbeing goals.

My training and many years of experience also allow me to support clients through a range of life stages and wellbeing concerns, including fertility, pregnancy, hormonal changes and digestive wellbeing.

👣 What can reflexology offer? 🙌

Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing treatment that works with the reflex points on the feet or hands to encourage a sense of balance and wellbeing throughout the body. Some clients choose a one-off treatment simply to relax, reset and take some time for themselves.

If you have a particular area of wellbeing you would like to work on, a personalised course of treatments may be more appropriate. A weekly plan of 6–8 sessions can provide the consistency needed to monitor how you respond to treatment and make adjustments along the way. Many clients notice changes within the first few sessions, although everyone’s experience is unique.

Children’s Reflexology – £30
30-minute treatment, specially adapted for younger clients.

Taster Reflexology – £20
A gentle introduction to reflexology and a chance to experience the treatment for yourself.

Regular Reflexology – £45
45-minute treatment tailored to your individual needs.
