RR Mindful Wellness

Honestly, how lovely are my clients!?

I've been absolutely spoilt with these gorgeous little handmade gifts🫶

There's never any need to bring me anything but the fact that people take the time to think of me and my little business is absolutely lush.

I'm lucky to have such a lovely bunch of clients and I really do appreciate every single one of you.

Thank you so much!

🎃🌊 BEACH NIGHT IS HERE! 🌊🎃

Well the weather seems to be on our side!

A few showers earlier today but it's looking like they'll clear in time for tonight with a lovely dry evening forecast.
Just praying its not too windy for the sauna🙏

We're so excited to welcome you all for an evening of pumpkins, meditation, sea dips, sauna and plenty of laughs!

📍 Where to find us: Vane Tempest Beach

Head down towards the beach from the Vane Tempest car park and look out for the sauna and set-up.

⏰ 7:30pm start

Please wrap up really warm, bring something cosy to sit on, a towel and your swimwear if you're joining the sauna or sea dips.

Can't wait to see you all!
Let's make it a good one!
