It took my ages to find joy in making a simple sandwich again👀

I used to stand here in this EXACT spot slapping it together chucking it into a school bag while my brain was racing ahead mentally doing 5 other jobs, like emptying the bin,washing up,hoovering.

I treated every single thing as a active emergancy like genuinley frantic. I was in such a burn out survival loop, never fully present, completley running on empty and just getting through the day exhausted.

But you are made for so much more then that! For so much more than just fu***ng surviving in your kitchen or running around with a tight chest, inahles that you cant even fully do, a scattered mind with zero capacity.
