A safe space for all women 🧡
Laura from The Neuro Shift | Autistic ADHD + Perimenopause is hosting a sauna and beach walk with us on Wednesday 21st October at 5pm.
Sauna first, then a walk on the beach. Come with a friend or come on your own. You don’t need to know anyone, and all women are welcome.
DM The Neuro Shift | Autistic ADHD + Perimenopause to book your spot or ask anything.
A glimpse behind the scenes of how we get everything ready for you ✨
