Hypno Sound
Hypno Sound group sessions blend mindfulness, neuroscience and hypnosis to improve your health & life
A quiet “I’ll try again tomorrow.”
Getting out of bed when life feels heavy.
Choosing yourself, even in the smallest way.
Simply surviving a hard season without giving up.
Not every kind of progress looks like achievement.
Sometimes, progress is rest.
Sometimes, it’s healing.
Sometimes, it’s just making it through the day.
And that counts, too. 🤍
You don’t have to be moving fast to be moving forward.
Do you need to talk about your big feelings?

What is the difference between mindfulness and hypnosis?
In mindfulness, the emphasis is on observing experience clearly.
A person may notice sensations, thoughts, emotions, sounds, or bodily feelings as they arise, without necessarily trying to change them.
Attention can be gently brought back to the present moment whenever it wanders. In this sense, mindfulness is about being aware of what is happening.
In hypnosis, the emphasis is more on absorption and focused experience.
Attention may become concentrated on a particular sensation, image, idea, or suggestion, while other aspects of awareness become less prominent.
Suggestions may be used to influence how someone experiences sensations, thoughts, emotions, or behaviour.

Our mind and body are not separate worlds. The thoughts we carry, the stress we hold, the emotions we suppress, and the stories we repeatedly tell ourselves can shape the way we experience life — and, in many ways, how we experience our bodies.
This doesn’t mean that every physical illness is “all in the mind.” Illness is real, complex, and often has biological causes beyond our control.
Perhaps caring for our health means asking not only, “What does my body need?” but also:
“What does my mind need to feel at peace?”
The two are deeply connected. 🤍

Learning to trust yourself is not about always knowing the right answer. It is about believing that, even when you make mistakes, you have the ability to learn, adapt, and keep going.
Self-trust grows slowly. It comes from listening to your own feelings, respecting your boundaries, keeping the promises you make to yourself, and allowing yourself to make decisions without constantly seeking approval from others.
You may doubt yourself sometimes, and that is okay. Confidence does not mean the absence of doubt; it means choosing to move forward despite it.
The more you honour your own voice, the stronger your trust in yourself becomes. You do not need to have everything figured out. You simply need to remember that you are capable of finding your way.

Light & Shadow
I always say to my clients that EVERYTHING has a light and shadow side to it. The most high dopamine fuelled experienced will have some regrets and the toughest times will contain some growth and learning.
By accepting presence of both, you are able to achieve alignment and contentment.

Letting go doesn’t necessarily mean that something didn’t matter.
Sometimes we have to release something precisely because it mattered, but its place in our life has changed.
You can’t change your life until you change your mind.
Our thoughts shape the way we see ourselves, other people, and what we believe is possible. If you constantly tell yourself that you’re not capable, that things will never change, or that you have to remain the person you’ve always been, those beliefs can quietly become limits. You may keep making the same choices simply because they feel familiar.
Once your perspective changes, your choices often change with it. And when your choices change consistently, your circumstances can begin to change too.

It is important that the timing aligns with your readiness for therapy. Your mind, body and soul are very clever and they know exactly when you are trying to take shortcuts, when you are ready for a real change 🫶
