Under a sky full of stars, tucked away in the orchard… ✨

The birdsong had quietened, the air had softened, and everything around us seemed to settle into stillness.

And then there was the sound.

The vibrations moved through the space so beautifully, deep, immersive. You could feel the frequencies rather than simply hear them, as though the whole orchard had become part of the soundbath.

Sharing the space together. No rush, nowhere else to be. Just lying beneath the night sky, listening, feeling and allowing ourselves to be held by the sounds.

One of those evenings that feels almost too perfect to put into words. 🌙

I’m hoping to squeeze in a few more outdoor soundbaths before summer slips away, so keep a look out, I also have a broadcast list where I advertise all events so if you’d like to be added please DM me your number.

As the outdoor sound bath was such a beautiful experience and I had so many people unable to attend due to popularity, I would like to offer another session to make the most of the dry weather.

Same location, in the beautiful orchard 8-9pm.

We still have the eclipse energy until 16th August as well so we will do a beautiful heart space meditation and set our intentions of letting go ✨

The Lions Gate is at its peak today… the 8th day of the 8th month. ♾️

In numerology, the number 8 carries the energy of infinity, abundance, power, balance and manifestation and today that energy is amplified.
When we add the full date together, it reduces back to 8, creating that beautiful 8 • 8 • 8 energy. ✨

There is something so deeply healing about being immersed in nature & Sound 🫶🏼

Sharing sound beneath the open sky, surrounded by the gentle presence of chickens, ducks, buzzing bees, birdsong, butterflies and friendly dogs, felt like a beautiful reminder that we are all connected. Lying on the earth, feeling the breeze on my skin while the warm sun embraced us, created a space where it felt effortless to slow down, breathe, and simply be.

The elements held us so beautifully, Earth grounding us, air carrying the vibrations, the ducks splashing in the water, fire warming our hearts through the sunshine, and the spirit of nature surrounding every moment. It was peaceful, restorative, and deeply nourishing for the soul.

I’d absolutely love to create another outdoor sound bath and share this experience again.

One Year of Growth, Gratitude & Blessings 🌟

Last night, my heart was overflowing. To everyone who came out to celebrate my business turning ONE, and to every single person who has supported, cheered, and believed in me over this past year—thank you, from the very bottom of my soul. You are my village and my heart is so incredibly full.

This journey has been so much more than just building a business, it’s been a beautiful, spiritual path of growth, resilience, trust & surrender.

Every late night, every ounce of energy, and everything I build is for the beautiful, precious soul standing next to me in this photo, MY DAUGHTER. As a single mother, she only has me to rely on—and she is my entire world and my greatest daily inspiration.

I work hard every single day not just to provide or build a career, but to show her what is possible when you lead with love, passion, and determination. What it looks like to stand in your own power and to trust the devine flow of life. To turn dreams into reality. I want to be the role model she deserves, teaching her that with faith and hard work, she can create her own magic in this world. I want her to grow up knowing that I never gave up, so she knows she never has to, either.

Over the last year, I have had the honour of holding space for so many incredible people and witnessing deeply profound journeys of healing, remembering and returning home to themselves.

I feel incredibly proud of the corporate partnerships & the collaborations I’ve been part of this year, for every opportunity, to share the transformative power of sound, stillness and healing in new spaces & communities.

To watch someone soften, release, reconnect, rediscover their light and begin to shine once again is something sacred. It is a privilege I will never take for granted 🫶🏼
