Welcome to my new clinic room, AKA my happy place. I can’t believe it’s only just over a fortnight since I got the keys and the dreams and plans started to come into reality. I hope that you like it as much as I do.
Highlights have been bringing my family to show them the space- my son acting as a little helper on couch delivery day and testing out the electric pedals and comfort of the couch (approved, haha). Later my daughter helped test out pushchair access so I can better help others.
And of course welcoming my first patients in the space. So much positive feedback. It’s been lovely. Thank you!!

Today I got the keys for the new clinic on York Road! Super excited and thankful to the team at Witeruum for getting this sorted on a bank holiday. And to my wonderful parents for helping with childcare and moving some of the heavy furniture.
It’s not ready to show you yet, but hopefully once I’m a bit more sorted and the couch is delivered on Wednesday, I will have more of an update.
But SQUEEEEEEEE!

I’m so excited to announce that I AM MOVING! And to my own treatment space at Witeruum, as of September 2026.
Here is a little sneak peak of how it looks now. Starting to feel real now my name plate is up. More details to follow.
I’ve still got one more week working at Physio Experts. Thank you for your patience as I update all the communications over the next week or so ahead of the move.

It’s getting warm outside, but it’s nice and cool in here!
Excited for my patients, but also showing up for myself. Little things can make a big difference x
I have been enjoying this creator’s approach to making exercise more accessible. Not everyone can do standard format exercises, but often there are adaptations we can make together. He is definitely worth a watch if you struggle with exercises or want an interesting approach
