What a lovely time I had hosting my Diya Wellness face oil blending and face massage workshops Reviving the Heart of the West End

It was great to explore the beautiful world of carrier and essential oils and see everyone create their own personalised face oil blend.

And then… slowing everything down with a relaxing face massage using the oils they had created themselves.

A huge thank you to the wonderful team for inviting me back and for creating such a welcoming space for community, wellbeing and connection.
