**Client Notice**

To ensure I can continue delivering the exceptional quality, care and attention to detail that you deserve, I am having to make adjustments to some of my treatment prices with effect from 18th September 2026. Unfortunately, this is due to the significant increase in the cost of materials which I am no longer able to absorb.

I have also implemented a Cancellation Policy which is with immediate effect.
I totally understand that things happen and very last minute sometimes but all I ask is that you contact me ASAP so I can offer your slot to another waiting client should that be possible and the details of the policy are located on the bottom of the Price List.

I personally want to thank every one of you for your support over these past six years and I look forward to seeing you soon. If you unsure on what your normal treatment will now or have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Hope you have all had a great Summer and I look forward to seeing you all soon.

As many of you are aware I am currently in Kent until about the end of March.
If anyone wishes to make appointments in April then do message me in your normal way and I shall try and get back to you all as soon as I am able but this might be longer than usual.
