The Reiki Room

As hard as this is, I do believe this to be true. # # #

Awh how lovely. Thanks Ghoul Beauty. ❤️

✨ ✨ A little local recommendation from me to my Ghouls… ✨

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, mentally drained or just in need of some proper YOU time, I highly recommend checking out the lovely The Reiki Room here in Mintlaw🌿🤍

Reiki is a gentle energy-based practice that can create a beautiful sense of calm and relaxation. Giving you the opportunity to switch off from everyday life and simply take a moment for yourself✨

Whether you’re completely new to Reiki or already know how lovely it can feel, it’s such a lovely way to slow down, relax and prioritise your wellbeing🧘‍♀️💚

🌿 Relax & unwind
✨ Take time for yourself
🤍 Create a sense of calm
🌙 Switch off from the stresses of everyday life

As someone who loves creating a little bit of relaxation and self-care for my own clients, I think this is such a lovely addition to the local community. 🥰

So, if you’re local to Mintlaw and fancy giving Reiki a try, go and check out the Reiki Room and get yourself booked in! 💚✨

Your reminder that self-care doesn’t always have to be something big, sometimes it’s simply taking an hour to pause🤍🌿

Go show them some love and support a lovely local business! 🥰
