Rooibos is often called “tea”, but technically it doesn’t come from the traditional tea plant, Camellia sinensis. Rooibos is made from Aspalathus linearis, a plant native to South Africa.

One of its biggest advantages? Rooibos is naturally caffeine-free.

That makes it a wonderful choice not only during the day, but also in the afternoon or evening, when you want to enjoy a warm cup of tea without adding more caffeine to your day.

🌿 WHAT MAKES ROOIBOS SPECIAL?

🍵 HOW TO BREW MANGO LIME GARDEN.

For one cup, use approximately 1 heaped teaspoon of loose-leaf tea and add freshly boiled water at 100°C / 212°F.
⏱️ For a balanced, medium-strength cup, allow it to steep for around 4–5 minutes.
Prefer it lighter? Try 2–3 minutes.
Want a stronger, more intense cup? Let it brew for 6–7 minutes.
