On Day 1, this client came in with highly vulnerable nail plates and damaged skin around the nail beds.

Before touching a single tool, we sat down for a detailed consultation. We mapped out their nail history, lifestyle, and past damage to figure out why their nails were struggling. From there, we established a clear treatment plan. We set realistic expectations for how long healing takes and set up an at-home care routine using Saviour™ | Nail & Skin Repair cuticle oil.

When nails are this damaged, you cannot just cover the damage with gel on top. Applying enhancements to thinned, injured nails can lead to severe lifting, further damage, or even product breakdown.

Instead of jumping straight to gel, we focused on true repair first with Phase 1 of the Foundation Restoration:
🔸 Weekly professional cuticle care to encourage healthy new growth
🔸 IBX treatments to repair and toughen the internal nail plate layers
🔸 Daily home care using specialised cuticle oil to keep skin and nails nourished

After 4 weeks of consistent care and true client commitment, the difference was incredible. The nail plate had gained structural integrity, the surrounding skin was completely calm and healed, and we had clean, healthy natural growth to work with to move to Phase 2.

Only once the nail foundation was fully restored and strong enough did we transition to a gel Prescriptive Overlay to protect that beautiful natural growth.

We’re still early on in this client’s nail health journey, but I am so proud of how far we’ve come already. Seeing this kind of progress in just a few short weeks is what it’s all about, and I’m so excited to watch their natural nails keep growing stronger and healthier with every appointment 🥹⚡️

My client came to visit me from Australia but we didn’t have a plan on what design to go for, and honestly, sometimes the brain fog hits 😶‍🌫️

Thankfully, I have the Manicure Roulette original game on my desk, so we pulled a few cards to get the creative spark flowing ⚡️

Although the warm colourway card was pulled, my client wanted to keep things on the bright side as it was the start of summer. We chose a design that stuck to the nail art tier, and created this fun and funky set 🤩

What started as a head scratcher, ended with a fun colourful set that neither of us would’ve thought to have chosen!
