There is something that concerns me whenever GNM is mentioned and then immediately linked to the idea that cancer develops because someone did not eat an alkaline diet.
This is not about convincing anyone to believe in GNM or turning it into a doctrine. It is about sharing information responsibly and, above all, preserving hope.
According to Dr. Hamer’s 5 Biological Laws, cancer can develop in both acidic and alkaline environments because, within this framework, the root of disease is understood as a biological conflict. From there, we can also explore the emotional, psychological, and even spiritual dimensions of healing.
Why is this distinction important?
Because understanding the process changes the way we respond. It helps us move away from fear and toward understanding. It reminds us that supporting the body is valuable, but that addressing the root cause is equally important.
Can nutrition and a healthy diet support the body’s natural healing processes? Absolutely. A nourishing diet can be incredibly beneficial. But reducing health and disease to a single factor, such as eating alkaline foods, oversimplifies a much more complex reality.
The concern arises when statements are presented as absolute truths. People may begin to believe that if they do not follow a specific diet, they are destined to develop cancer or another serious illness. That is where fear begins to replace empowerment.
Fear tells people that one wrong choice will determine their future.
Hope reminds people that the body is adaptive, intelligent, and constantly working to restore balance.
Whether you agree with GNM or not, I believe we should be careful not to take away people’s hope by making them feel that their health depends entirely on following a particular rule or protocol.
People deserve information that empowers them, encourages them to ask deeper questions, and helps them look beyond symptoms to understand what may be happening beneath the surface.
Stay curious. Stay hopeful. Trust your ability to learn, grow, and make informed choices for your own health and well-being.

What do you do when you’re afraid of happiness?
You don’t know it. You don’t know what it feels like. The idea of leaving chaos behind frightens you. Courage is missing, and you feel fear taking over.
How? Do I even deserve happiness? And will I upset anyone if I am happy?
Many adults experience this every single day. It shows up in their relationships with partners, friends, and even their children. They live with deep guilt and feel unworthy of love and happiness. They simply don’t know any other way of being.
And yet, can something be changed? If you truly want it, yes!
Start with small steps. Ask for help if you need it.

🌿Clary Sage: My Personal Journey Through Conception & Birth
Clary sage has been one of the most meaningful essential oils in my motherhood journey. I personally used it while trying to conceive and again during labour.
While everyone's experience is different, I found it to be a beautiful addition to my holistic wellbeing practices.
Interestingly, research is beginning to explore how clary sage may influence relaxation, stress hormones, and oxytocin-related processes:
📖 **Study 1:** Clary Sage Essential Oil and Its Effect on Human Mood and Pulse Rate (2020)
Researchers found that inhaled clary sage essential oil influenced pulse rate and appeared to have relaxing physiological effects, particularly in women. ([PubMed][1])

📖 **Study 2:** Changes in Salivary Oxytocin After Inhalation of Clary Sage Essential Oil Scent in Term-Pregnant Women (2017)
This pilot study explored whether inhaling clary sage could affect oxytocin levels in women at term pregnancy. Some participants showed increases in oxytocin, although the study was very small and more research is needed. ([SpringerLink][2])

✨ For me, clary sage became part of a wider approach that included mindset, emotional wellbeing, natural healing and trusting my body's wisdom.

🌱 Psyllium Husk: One of the Most Evidence-Backed Fibers for Metabolic Health
A comprehensive review and meta-analysis by McRorie et al. (2023) examined the effects of psyllium supplementation on weight management and metabolic health.
Key findings:
✅ Reduced body weight
✅ Lower BMI
✅ Reduced waist circumference
✅ Improved blood sugar control
✅ Lower LDL ("bad") cholesterol
✅ Better digestive health and regularity
For people with Type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, psyllium may help reduce post-meal blood sugar spikes by slowing carbohydrate absorption.
For those following a keto or low-carb diet, psyllium is an excellent source of fiber with minimal net carbohydrates and may help address the low fiber intake common in these diets.
Important:
💧 Always take psyllium with plenty of water.
⚠️ Start with a small dose and increase gradually to minimize bloating or gas.

One of my go-to remedies for acute digestive upsets is **Podophyllum peltatum**.
I have used it with fast and great results, especially in cases of profuse early-morning diarrhea, watery yellow or green stools, digestive disturbances during teething, and situations where there is marked weakness or exhaustion after a bowel movement.
Some of the classic indications include:
• Early-morning diarrhea (often between 3–9 a.m.)
• Painless, profuse watery stools
• Symptoms triggered after eating or drinking
• Re**al weakness or prolapse
• Digestive and liver-related complaints
• Teething diarrhea in children
As always, remedy selection depends on the totality of symptoms, but when the picture fits, Podophyllum can be a remarkable remedy.
