I believe in an holistic approach to healing. Our emotional world and our physical body are not dis-connected, they flow into each other and aid but also disrupt each other. If we listen carefully, both of them give us signals and let us know what we need. In this buys world it can be difficult to hear the messages or if we do, we often ignore them. I aim to create a quiet safe safe space with my treatments, that allow you to check in with yourself and connect with both your physical self and your emotional self and bring the two back in balance.
