Just to remind you; When you come for any treatment, be that a super facial, laser treatment, basically every single bookable option, we will start with a deep clean, which is:

Double cleansing

Manual extractions, including
Milia removal, and then your bespoke treatment based on the problem you want us to solve.

And that is because glowing skin has to start with clean skin.

ANTI+ - born from 29+ years of treating real skin.

Teresa doesn’t believe in unnecessary steps, or moisturisers for the sake of it. For her, hydration is one of the four fundamentals of skin health, and a good serum should work hard in other areas too.

Two years in the making, Anti+ brings together a powerful blend of niacinamide, the highest-listed ingredient on the INCI, alongside peptides, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory actives and prebiotics to hydrate, support the skin barrier and microbiome, while helping improve elasticity and the appearance of pigmentation.

Lightweight enough for every morning and evening, it’s the one serum Teresa reaches for when skin needs to be properly hydrated and supported.

And because good skincare should be considered from the inside out, Anti+ comes in a beautiful, reusable acrylic bottle with an interchangeable refill system. Keep the bottle. Replace the serum.

Clinic-level thinking, simplified for home.

TT Talks: MICRONEEDLING vs MICRONEEDLING RADIO FREQUENCY

They’re often talked about as if they’re the same treatment, and we get the confusion. But they’re definitely not the same!

One common myth is that microneedling melts fat. It doesn’t. Traditional microneedling doesn’t generate heat, so it won’t reduce fat. You’re probably thinking of Microneedling Radio Frequency which we have in clinic. Some RF Microneedling treatments could potentially affect fat at specific depths, which is why choosing the right treatment (and therapist) matters. I’m personally not a massive fan of Microneedling RF for the face, I use it a lot for the body and literally obsessed with the results. I’ve had great success for the tummy area and back of arms.

→ So let’s clear it all up. Here’s how to choose the right one for you.. .

“MICRONEEDLING - stimulates collagen by creating tiny micro-channels in the skin. When your body’s wound healing process is triggered, you’ll produce more collagen and elastin, so if the goal is healthier, stronger skin, this is usually where I’d start. There doesn’t need to be much downtime for fantastic results, so great for anyone who doesn’t want much redness.

“MICRONEEDLING RADIO FREQUNCY is different. It combines Microneedling with Radio Frequency. We have a British x Korean model by Lynton. This penetrates deeper and delivers more intense heat, for significant skin tightening, contouring, and skin tightening. It’s not ‘better’ microneedling, it’s a completely different treatment for a different concern.” T loves this treatment for body areas.

WHICH WOULD I CHOOSE?

Go for Microneedling if your priority is

• Skin quality
• Texture
• Glow
• Acne scarring
• Early signs of ageing

Choose RF MICRONEEDLING  if your priority is

• Tightening
• Skin laxity
• Crepey skin
• Body treatments
• Deeper structural remodelling

(Or choose to come in for a consultation and we can help you decide!)

Quick question...

Do you only wear SPF when it’s sunny? If the answer’s yes, you’re definitely not alone, but think about it, your skin doesn’t know it’s cloudy!
UVA rays (the ones responsible for skin ageing) are around every day of the year, even through cloud and windows, gradually contributing to pigmentation, collagen breakdown and premature ageing. UVB rays are the ones that cause sunburn, but both deserve protecting against. I always recommend a broad-spectrum SPF that you’ll genuinely enjoy wearing. Mine is lightweight, hydrating, sits beautifully under make-up and protects against both UVA and UVB rays.
Consistency beats intensity every time! (and the rest of your skin investment is nothing without your SPF step). Tx

Sensitive to Vitamin C?

Despite what you’ve heard, Vitamin C isn’t for everyone! If it leaves your skin feeling irritated or congested, don’t assume active skincare isn’t for you, you just need the right actives!
Niacinamide is one of the hardest-working ingredients in skincare, an incredible multitasker and super gentle even on sensitive skin.
It’s why I’ve been using it in my products for years, ‘because It can calm redness, reduce excess oil, brighten pigmentation, improve hydration and support healthier-looking skin over time.
(That’s exactly why it’s a hero ingredient in my Anti+ Serum and microneedling kit.)

Just got back from the most glorious honeymoon on the Amalfi Coast.

I thought I came back looking super tanned (which I have to admit feels good) but I wasn’t, I just turned from white to off white. I used to LOVE sunbathing in my 20’s and I miss that feeling of coming off of the beach and looking sun-kissed. The damage it caused is still there - doesn’t matter how much SPF I wear now, and cover up, it still slightly lifts and becomes visible. Luckily for me, I have all the gadgets to remove the pigmentation  from the surface but sadly some of the damage is still underlying.
The lesson is: Prevention is better than the cure. For those like me, it’s never too late to start protecting and make a difference to any damage already caused.

The best treatment to book for an all round treatment is our Advanced Facial (the Super Facial) but we have so many other ideas too for boosting hydration, brightening dullness or even just making sure your skin barrier is in a really good place before you go away this summer.

All that’s left to do is enjoy yourself! (And pack your SPF of course - All that hard skin care will be wasted otherwise…)

Results, with love. 🖤
