Babe. Nice don’t pay the rent.

Your time is a business cost the second they don’t turn up. No-show fee isn’t punishment — it’s protecting the time you could’ve filled with a paying client.

Let it slide once, they’ll test you again. Clients learn how to treat you based on what you let them get away with.

Charge it. Every time. No exceptions, no “but they’re lovely.”
