I keep fit by playing lots of tennis, taking Barre classes and working in my garden at my home in Seattle. I figure I can either be sore from excercise or from atrophy, so I'm choosing the former. way recently, so I thought it is a good time to pour myself into a blog. I've wanted to share my sage fashion and lifestyle advice to women of a certain age (50+) because there really isn't a lot out there for us. Sometimes I feel like no one has gone before me and navigated this age before. Why are there so many secrets and surprises?! In my career I've been fortunate to work with the major couture houses in Paris as well as many designers throughout Europe and in New York as a buyer and National Merchandise Manager for Nordstrom. It was glamourous, intense and the fashion aspirational. So from runway to reality, I want to help you intrepret the seasonal fashion and beauty trends and keep current in a way that is flattering to our figures and appropriate to our lifestyles. I truly believe if you look your best you can't help but feel better. Oh, I love to cook, entertain and travel, too, so we'll have lots of fun. It's a privilege to have reached this milestone and I am committed to looking, feeling and being my best.
