September skin is confused skin. Heating is starting to come on, but it's still humid outside. If your skin feels tight by 3pm, it's not just you.

My retired-therapist tip: Don't add 5 new products. Just check 2 things;

1. Are you still double cleansing if you're wearing SPF daily? Yes, keep it.

2. Is your moisturiser a bit light for evenings now? Add one drop of facial oil or use a richer night cream.

What is your skin doing at the moment? Tight? Shiny? Let me know below and I'll reply with an idea.

Mask application. At which stage of a facial treatment do you apply a cosmetic mask?

In truth not all therapist agree, it really depends on the clients skin type, type of mask and what the therapist is trying to achieve especially when using serums.

An update from The B Room

If you've been here a while you know I've now retired from the treatment room. Thank you for all the years you trusted me with your skin.

The B Room isn't going anywhere - I'm keeping it as my little client corner where I share skin tips, what actually works, and the NuSkin products I still use and recommend as a Brand Affiliate.
