Occasion Queens
We specialise in on-the-day wedding coordination for modern couples who want to plan their own wedding.
Our role is to make sure your wedding runs smoothly, so you can be fully present, and enjoy every moment with your family and friends.
Without a wedding coordinator, your suppliers and guests still need answers.
So the questions often come to you.
That means calls, messages and last-minute decisions landing on your phone when you should be fully present.
A coordinator becomes the clear point of contact, manages the moving parts and protects you from the pressure of running the day yourself.
Your wedding coordinator fights fires on your behalf on your wedding day… sometimes quite literally!!

Planning your own wedding does not mean you have to manage it yourself.
A wedding planner and a wedding coordinator are not the same thing.
If you want someone to plan the wedding for you, a wedding planner may be the right fit.
But if you have already chosen your venue, booked your suppliers, shaped the vision and made the key decisions, you may not need a planner.
You may need a wedding coordinator.
A wedding coordinator steps in before the wedding to refine the plans you have already made. We review the timings, logistics, supplier details and moving parts to make sure everything is realistic, manageable and ready for the day itself.
Then, when the wedding day arrives, we execute those plans for you.
At Occasion Queens, we manage the suppliers, timings, setup, transitions and guest flow behind the scenes, so you are not the person answering questions or holding everything together.
For couples who want to plan their own wedding but still feel fully present when the day arrives, wedding coordination is often the missing piece.
Planned by you. Managed by experts.

You shouldn’t be the point of contact at your own wedding.
By the time the wedding day arrives, you have already done the planning.
You have chosen the suppliers, made the decisions, thought through the details and created the vision.
But once the day itself begins, your role should change.
You should be getting ready, seeing your favourite people, walking into the ceremony, enjoying the atmosphere and feeling fully present for the wedding you have spent so long planning.
You should not be checking whether suppliers have arrived, answering timing questions or quietly managing the details in the background.
That is where expert wedding coordination makes all the difference.
At Occasion Queens, we take the plans you have carefully created and manage the moving parts behind the scenes, so you can experience your wedding rather than run it.
You plan it. We manage it.

An elegant winter wedding in the heart of London ✨
Anastasia and Angus brought together family traditions, timeless ceremony music and two of London’s most beautiful wedding venues.
Their morning began with a meaningful Chinese tea ceremony, where they honoured their parents and relatives before travelling to The London Oratory for their Catholic wedding ceremony.
With its grand architecture, organ music and choir, The London Oratory created an unforgettable setting for their vows.
The celebrations then continued at Sofitel London St James, where guests enjoyed drinks, live music, dinner and dancing in one of central London’s most elegant hotels.
Our Occasion Queens team coordinated the full wedding across both venues. We managed the timeline, welcomed guests, worked with suppliers, supported the ceremony, organised the group photographs and ensured the transition to the reception ran smoothly.
With several locations, cultural traditions and supplier teams involved, every detail needed to connect seamlessly.
The result was a beautiful London wedding that felt meaningful, luxurious and completely personal to Anastasia and Angus.
You plan it. We manage it. 🤍

“Have you worked at our wedding venue before?” is one of the questions often asked by couples.
It’s completely understandable, but previous experience at a specific venue is not what determines whether a wedding supplier will do a brilliant job.
Professional wedding coordinators work at new venues all the time. We know how to ask the right questions, communicate with the venue team, understand access and setup requirements, review the timeline and prepare properly before the wedding.
Even when we return to a venue we know well, every wedding is different. The suppliers, timings, layout and priorities are unique to each couple.
Only choosing suppliers who already know your venue could mean overlooking someone whose style, experience and approach are a much better fit for your wedding.
Choose your wedding suppliers because you trust their expertise, professionalism and ability to understand your plans, not simply because they already know the building.
At Occasion Queens, we coordinate weddings at both familiar and new venues across London and the Home Counties, always arriving informed, prepared and ready to manage the details.
You plan it. We manage it.

From Canada to East London ✨
Maddie and Dylan chose London for their destination wedding because the city already held so much meaning for them. Dylan studied and lived here for several years, while Maddie had always loved the atmosphere, architecture and character of London’s wedding venues.
For their ceremony, they chose The HAC Bow, the ultimate hidden gem of a venue! It’s a listed former church in East London, with incredible ceilings, historic architecture and beautiful natural light.
They made the space completely their own with black chairs, soft white florals and even a bespoke wedding scent to set the atmosphere as guests arrived.
The ceremony was made even more personal by having one of their closest friends act as celebrant, before everyone enjoyed drinks together and a beautiful cake from Lily Vanilli.
Then, in true London wedding style, Maddie, Dylan and their guests travelled across the city by Underground to their evening dinner.
As their London wedding coordination team, we managed the ceremony set up, supplier communications, timings and transitions between each part of the day, so they could enjoy their destination wedding without having to worry about the logistics.
For international couples planning a wedding in London, having a local wedding coordinator can make such a difference, especially when you are organising everything from overseas.
A beautiful, personal London destination wedding filled with meaning, thoughtful details and so much joy.
You plan it. We manage it. 🤍
