6 weeks, 6 months, years… You get the picture.

I can’t be the only one who’s genuinely shocked by how quickly every week goes by, my girlies will know what I’m like “no way was xyz last week?!”

Time is passing by literally in the blink of an eye, you can talk about doing something “when I’m more this, that or the other”

ORRR, you just jump in and start!

The time is going by regardless, either embrace it or be left thinking ‘what if I’d started sooner?’

Spaces available for Pilates this Friday and Saturday morning🫶🏻

Hey I’m Han 👋🏼 Your local personal trainer and Pilates instructor, based in Countesthorpe with my very own private studio, not too far from the Dine India🤍

Mostly my gym is set up for 1:1 personal training, where I have a few daytime slots available on a rolling weekly basis, clients also follow a nutrition & training plan included with my app, inclusive of my brand new recipe eBook 🍲

Group Pilates classes run Friday mornings at 11am & Saturday at 9.15am - £10 & I provide everything for the session, just bring yourself & a drink (no experience needed)☁️

You can even have a bespoke classical mat Pilates session all to yourself, or share with a friend which is a popular choice!!

If any of these options sound like they might be up your street, drop me a message or take a lil scroll through my website for discreet browsing🤭

For legal purposes this is a joke # # #
